Concepts 2000 Consulting is now shipping DMVGATEWAY Government Edition, the premier product to augment State of California DMV access for your State or Federal Court Case Management System or Agency Toll/Parking/Safety Case Management system.

DMVGATEWAY provides inquiry into the DMV Vehicle License and Vehicle Registration records, and also allows ad-hoc real time updates to DMV records. DMVGATEWAY simplifies and speeds processing for all types of access compared to alternative systems. It is of particular help in those all-too-frequent cases where direct update or direct inquiry meets your needs better than update/inquiry through your Case Management System.

Among its strongest points is the ability to look up Driver and Vehicle Records in the simplest possible way by filling out just one field, using the bare minimum of keystrokes.

DMVGATEWAY Flexibility and Simplicity

DMVGATEWAY Government Edition - Brings the reliability and security of DMVGATEWAY from the Court environment to the California State Agency environment by supporting new DMV inquiry transactions unique to State Agencies, and improving and simplifying Vehicle Plate lookups. It simplifies DMVGATEWAY end user administration. It is another step in our long range effort to make DMVGATEWAY simple enough to use in the Courtroom and other "front office" environments.

Inquiry-Only Mode - All the features and flexibility of DMVGATEWAY Government Edition, but tailored for users who do not require DMV Update capabilities (applying and dismissing Abstracts of Conviction, and applying and removing Failures to Appear and Failures to Pay Fine).

Emulation Mode - Supports DMV lookup from Drivers Licenses, Vehicle Plates, or Personal data. The user experience is identical to that provided by our DMVQUERY product. We recommend DMVGATEWAY Emulation Edition for customers wishing to enhance their Court's systems to take advantage of the features of Version 1.3, while minimizing or eliminating the need to retrain their staff.
