Concepts 2000 Consulting is pleased to announce that new shipments of DMVGATEWAY Version 1.3 will include new security protections against lookups of restricted/prohibited personal names. This feature will be included for all existing DMVGATEWAY customers in the next refresh, which should be available by late October, 2006.

We are pleased to announce DMVGATEWAY Version 1.3. DMVGATEWAY Version 1.3 adds support for very large courts and Agencies (over 6000 lookup and/or inquiry transactions per month), adds configuration options for lookup users with little or no experience accessing DMV records and with little or no training, and adds new security features. Concepts 2000 Consulting has installed changes to DMVQUERY to support the new DMV DAH transaction response format. We appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers during this challenging period. No DMVGATEWAY changes were required.

February 24, 2006

DMV has changed the format of the response delivered by the DAH transaction, which DMVQUERY uses, both directly and indirectly. As a result of DMV's change, a DMVQUERY DAH transaction will show errors and/or incorrect results. We are suggesting two workarounds to allow the Courts to continue to use DMVQUERY while a permanent solution is developed.

Concepts 2000 Consulting is pleased to announce the general availablility of Release 1.2 of its DMVGATEWAY product. Release 1.2 improves the operation of the base DMVGATEWAY product in the following areas.

Improves the handling of Owner Responsibility convictions and releases.
Allows a broader range of file codes on Vehicle Plate inquiries.
Improves the handling of Name Index (ANI) lookups where the list of matches exceeds one page.
